Heart Rate was the fifth challenge from the tenth season of Love Island UK, airing June 25th,2023. For this challenge, the boys were pitted against the girls in a task where each side took it in turns to dress up in a skimpy costume and perform a seductive dance. The islanders of each side would be hooked up with heart-monitors and they would be looking to try and raise the heart-rates of the
